Respect for the site and our guests
Thank you for booking your stay at the lodges de Vaugrigneuse. You are going to live immersed in a forest classified as a Protected Natural Area, less than 30 minutes from Paris, which deserves your utmost respect. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that life in the forest is unique and rejuvenating, and that you are likely to come across insects, mammals and other magnificent birds.

1.We ask you to respect the silence of these places, for your own comfort and that of your neighbors.
On arrival, please leave your vehicle in the parking lot and move around the site exclusively on foot, or in case of force majeure by electric cart.
During your stay, we ask you to respect all safety instructions as explained to you by our receptionist.
2. Arrival and departure
Arrivals can be made from 3.30pm and before 8pm. In the event of a later arrival, please inform reception.
Lodges must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
3. Booking
To be valid, your reservation must be paid in full.
Whether you book through our online booking system with secure payment at https://leslodgesdevaugrigneuse.com, by telephone or e-mail with our booking service, or through our partners, the amount of your stay will be debited from your credit card in full at the time of booking.

4. Changes or cancellations
Only changes to a booking can be made, preferably by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to les lodges de Vaugrigneuse chemin du noyer 91640 Vaugrigneuse.

5.In the event of modification or cancellation of your stay by yourself once on the site or in the case of a refusal to access your lodge, no compensation can be claimed.

Changes before your stay
You can change your booking more than 7 days before the start of your stay at no charge.

If conditions beyond our control prevent us from welcoming you in good conditions, such as in the event of an orange weather warning, bad weather, storms or other major external events, with the exception of epidemics, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. In this case, we will offer you the possibility of rescheduling your stay to a later date, within the current 12 months.
If you have already left your home, we will offer you alternative accommodation of equivalent comfort at no extra charge.
In the event that your stay cannot take place due to an epidemic, we will offer to reschedule your stay to a later date within the current 12 months. No refund or other compensation will be claimed.
6. Capacity
All our lodges are equipped and insured to accommodate 2 to 3 people. No exceptions will be accepted
7. Rates
Our rates include all taxes. Only the rates shown on our website are binding. Tourist tax payable on arrival will be added to this price.

9. Pets
Pets are allowed on the property, except category 1 dogs.
10. Valuables
We recommend that you do not leave valuables in the accommodation.
11. Complaints
Any complaint concerning a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of the stay to the following address:

12. Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes
It is strictly forbidden to be intoxicated in the lodges or in the common areas.
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. All our lodges are equipped with terraces where you are allowed to smoke, as long as no cigarette butts are left out in the open. Ashtrays are at your disposal.
We also ask you to respect the paths, not to drive on the grass, and to keep your car movements to a minimum, which of course must be kept to a minimum, especially in wet weather. By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, I am aware that my stay takes place in the heart of nature, with the hazards that this can present: variable weather, the presence of insects, birds and mammals near the Lodges, and that it is also possible to encounter them indoors.
